I’ve tried not tracking and it always results in my not eating enough (protein especially) and binging on crap. I have a hard time eating meat but I always feel better when I do so that’s my issue. To each their own. ❤ I can’t wait for the day I can gladly eat high protein with every meal and don’t need to track.

Hey Lucy! I was wondering what you usually do to recover when you’ve injured yourself and how you help yourself when you’re unable to run? I’ve not been able to run the past week and it’s been really making me sad as I love to run!

Hi I haven't been able to run for 4 weeks now due to shin splints. I usually find something I can do like weights , bike, cross trainer , low impact workouts (even walking) so I am still active. Hope this helps.

The Starbucks Brown Sugar Shaken Oatmilk Espresso is my fave - I literally get one everday 🤪😅🫣 I'm so glad you said that about the timing of eating not really mattering - I just like to eat when I feel like it too!!! And I've been making your epic bowls for breakfast, and let me just say - chef's kiss 😋💋 so yum! I really appreciate your honesty about running, I also used to run just to burn calories but since recovering and taking a break, I now love running again. It's my me time and I love getting out by myself and clearing my head 🥰 Thanks for keeping us motivated Lucy!!! Sending lots of love and support from Hollywood! xoxo ❤❤💕💕

I always get an iced coffee with no classic syrup, 2-3 pumps of chai, and just a splash of creamer! lower cal, yummy, and on the cheaper end lol

from listening to huberman bang on about morning sunlight i try to ditch the sunglasses on my morning runs for the first 30 ish minutes, not sure if youve trailled this? may improve sleep even more

Question regarding the pre run fuel - do you think you will eat before the marathon race? If so, are you worried your gut will react badly to running with food in it if you usually run fasted?

Only just discovered your channel, always been interested in just lifting heavy weights but at 5”7 and 220 pounds at 39 years old I want to become healthier and fitter! So trying to look into hybrid training, get better at running and feel good… does your app have realistic hybrid training plans for people who have full time jobs? Would be looking at strength training 2-3 times a week running 2-3 times a week and also functional fitness or stretching routine.. does you app offer a free trial before committing? I purchased the Morsia app but wasn’t as good as the reviews said so now cautious to paying before trialling.. many thanks 👍🏻
