You can download the app Playlist, he has a bunch of programs on there :) it's $1 for the first month i believe, and after that it's only $15!! There are lots of other people on there with programs, as well as nutrition tips! I've had it for a couple of weeks now, and it's a pretty great app! Definitely worth the $15 per month

Great video man, we really appreciate this sort of content!!! Finding actual superheroes' training is almost impossible other than a few clips from here & there, so this is amazing. The more you give away for free, the more audience you'll collect and more people will know about you & your products, so keep it up! It would be great to know a day in the life of an actor/actress training with you, knowing exactly at what time do they get up, when do they eat, what they eat, how many hours a day do they train, how many hours for cardio and more. Pretty much to know exactly what they do so we can recreate it as close as we can, please.

I saw the movie last night. She looked fit and capable of doing the scenes. As an almost everyday trainer I know how the body moves when it's on it's full potential, and that's what she was missing. I didn't see a warrior whose moves are shaped by years of training, but instead I saw a person who was fit enough for the movie scenes. I am not hating, just sharing my point of view. Wish you all the best! Very nice channel with very good info.

Robin Wright once complained about how hard was it to her to eat 2-3000 calories/day with constant banana-oatmeal shakes, even harder than the training itself during the WW filming. Great video. Very inspiring. You asked if there is any content we want to see. Could you make a video for high BMI clients. I’m currently 410 lbs, 5’!1” and have natural athletic ability but my agility is compromised by body mass and lack of strength. It’s 15 weeks before my birthday and I’ve made the commitment to get this body back in shape. I would value any content geared towards someone looking at a long haul to get to their goal. I would love your perspective!!

I dropped few weight by myself and want to loss fat 5kg I regularly do outdoor running and some little workout myself that's it! When you create these programs, do you create them in 4 week increments or in a full 5 month program?

4-6 normally. Wany times I start them over after I'm done, then you can lift a little heavier, sprint faster and rest a little less. So you don't have to change program after 4-6weeks unless you want to!
