Do you sometimes just get too tired and ask your husband for help? I have severe ME I can't imagine having the energy for that kind of transfer looks like hard work! I am not paralysed but I have to use a slide sheet to make my bed slippy and I have a pole with a handle above my bed and a bar next to my bed plus my bed is electric to help sitting up lol
