Good stuff, I'd personally not reduced the base resolution and then upscaled because of how unreals TAA makes it smeary at low fps + low res (why would you use temporal solutions at these settings at all?). I think keeping it at 60, 90 or 120 at 2x res and then using frame blending + offset subsampling would probably create an image that is more accurate looking with less temporal artifacting oh and some motion jpg compression for good measure
