For Mom Stomps, bomb explosions, and enemy Brim Beams, there are mods that give them an indicator on their area; the bombs and mom stomps being a circle that glows, while the brim beams being a faded line before it fires. I find it super helpful personally, as my casual ass don’t play enough Isaac consistently to predict every beam lmao Additionally, there is a mod you should consider after reaching dead god on all the files called Da Rules, which allows you to program rules for a given run. Could be interesting seeing you play viewer submitted challenge runs! Here’s an interesting one to start off: Lord of the Flies -Start with Blindfold, Rotten Baby, Hive Mind, Halo of Flies, and Jar of Flies -Goal is to kill Mega Satan

Actually fire mind only can explode when your tears have an impact like common tears or haemolacria or others but if you have brimstone, laser tears, tech x, etc when you hit an enemy it cant explode

For my runs today I decided to do Mother with Lilith since that is the last mark I need for her. I had Eden’s blessing from yesterday’s run and started with C SECTION, and on dross 1 the blind treasure room item was Mutant spider so I was fucking SET… but on the next floor were the invisible chasers and the white fire was in the room. I accidentally bumped into the white fire then died a half second later… I was so fucking beyond mad with myself for throwing away such a free win… The run I’m on right now to mother has a pretty great damage and tear rate so this should still be a winning run but holy shit am I a fucking idiot for losing that previous run.
