I like this approach. Whatever our method, its important to do everyday, like you said. I use a plan-of-three to focus my energy. Three things this month Three things this week Three things today.

Doesn’t it feel good? There really is something about connecting our thought ms using one and paper. So much better than digital.

Amber, was wondering if you did a Travel Journal while you were on the road. I absolutely love journaling and have done many from Everyday Life , Travel, Prayer etc. Staying focused is much easier when journaling. Great to see you back. 📙📕📗

This was a great video, very helpful in breaking down the process. It has been recommended to me to start journaling daily, but the task seemed overwhelming, not sure how to start. I love your journal system with the ability to swap out notebooks. Do you have a link to those products?
@storychasing16 сағат бұрын
I agree that sometimes those other systems can be overwhelming. I have really perfected my routine so it's sustainable and gives me what I need. I just added to the description for the products but here's the list: Want to turn scattered thoughts into clear direction? In this video, I share my simple bullet journal method that helps create real focus - no fancy supplies or complicated layouts needed. I'll show you: - How I organize my bullet journal using separate notebooks - The 5 core sections I use to maintain focus - My simple system for turning big goals into weekly action - How I track habits and spot patterns - A straightforward approach to daily journaling that actually works This isn't about perfect spreads or complex systems. It's about creating a simple method that helps you see your life more clearly and know exactly where to focus for real growth. Thank you, Amber, for sharing your bullet journal method. How much time do you spend entering data into your journal?
@storychasing18 сағат бұрын
When I do the weekly spread it takes about 20 minutes from start to finish because I already have my goals and focus areas set up. On a daily basis I spend about 15 minutes top journaling and reflecting. I wanted something sustainable. You can be more elaborate with your journal, but I literally only do the gratitude and self reflection on what worked well and what can I improve.

I need to rewatch because I don’t quite get it. I know lots of people journal but was not sure why. I think I grasp it somewhat. So if I wanted to be more social I would put a goal as going out with a girlfriend for coffee or lunch ?
@storychasing6 сағат бұрын
That could definitely be a subgoal of your goal to be more social.
