I am allergic to synthetic fabrics so I never use minky. I do use flannel for backing a lot and try to pick up flannel sheets on sale. Thanks for sharing

Hello and thank you for your question. 😊 Your top tension may be too tight. I recommend checking your owners manual for adjustment of your machine. I know I use mine all of the time. All the best to you ☺️
