Cute blanket! After I cut my minky pieces I throw them in the dryer on low for a few seconds and it removes all the fuzzy pieces before I start sewing, then I make sure I clean the screen in my dryer.

I add a wet washcloth too and either use very low heat or air cycle. It also helps prevent the edges from rolling up.
