I was so scared to buy esim but, you made it look so easy. I think I will try it. Thank you for sharing.😊👍

In my experience, these data-only prepaid esim had 10-50 times higher latency than with the same network/testing server using a regular local sim card. Apparently, to provide lower rates, these esims work thru some tricky roaming loopholes but not without downsides 😮. Also: be aware, if you wanna use it a second sim, unless you select the same network for both sim cards, it will drain your battery life 😮.

Good timing as I’m heading to 2 new countries next week but I think I’ll just stick with roaming. This looks complicated. Plus 1gb for $6.25 USD? Not very cheap.

I have a question…when you get the qrcode in your email, how do you use the code or scan the code if you only have the phone and not another device to scan from. ?

I used my computer to scan it. But I also recently realized that you can 3d touch the code with your phone and it can give you the link

Hey, When you remove the e sim, does it automatically go back to your Original data plan like Tesco mobile for example. Because at the moment when the e sim is turned off it says no sim.

@@sergiosala it’s a smart choice. A small ding there and now won’t render it qualified for total replacement. It loses it value when you decided to sell them in few years time.
