You might like to check out the Auto Note Mover community plugin. I haven't used it myself, but I came across it mentioned in another tutorial video. It looks like it might be what you can use to automatically move your newly created note into the correct folder, simply by putting the correct tag in the template frontmatter.

Thank you so much for suggesting this plugin. I loved it, but after reading the instructions, I decided to put it aside for a while because it is pretty powerful and could cause a mess on my system. I use tags to sort notes from different places. For example, the "KZbin" tag is on video scripts, educational content, and so on. In other words, that tag cannot be used as a trigger to move notes to the KZbin scripts folder. Maybe I'll have to make a group of tags that I'll only use with this plugin.

I have the problem that when i have tags and a date in the card and then want to create a note out of the cart it takes the tag and date in to the title. Is there a workaround?

Thanks for this -- I've got a similar list of desires to you, and it seems like the Projects plugin is a little more fleshed out in terms of being able to filter by a metadata tag, etc.

It would be nice to have a tag for the entire section, instead of individual tags per task. I tried it, it works, but I cannot use dataview to filter them and create a "board of boards"

You can embed some js into template to specify folder for them which do not requires too much codes.

Thank you, but even simple js is too much for my non-developer brain 😵‍💫. Someone suggested this other plugin - kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIirZaBnd52grqM - and it works very well.

Hi, thank you for the wonderful video. As I got to 4:37, I put Title under Properties and it's fine. Then when I got to " + CREATED", I noticed that the Created is not in one of the options. What can I do to add "Created" in the options?

The proprieties on that list are the ones you have in at least one note. You can create a new one in any note using the plus sign below the last propriety you have in a note.

I would like to add more sub task for every task, kanban in kanban, or scrum, or agile. There is anyway to do that

You can create the sub kanban board note in whatever folder you want, then drag and drop it to a list your main kanban board, which will link to the Kabnan board, but you won't be able to see a preview of the subkanban, only a link to the note

What about the CardBoard plugin I mentioned at the beginning of the video? Wouldn't that be better in your case?
