I recently bought one, it's used, but it's very good. I'm delighted. I've seen that you use the same one. I would like if it's possible for you to give me some advice on how to take better care of it, what products you use, and all that. Thank you very much. I'm very grateful for your videos. I love them.

I think it's better if you set the time for 20 mins, then change the temp when it's 5 mins left, cooling down the beans then roasting again i think will result more bitternes and losing flavor to your coffee. Just advice from my experience, anyway thanks for the vid.

Recently I’ve been trying some other methods. Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll try that!

How do you descale your machine? It's a Simonelli, Oscar. What products do you use? How did you install the pressure gauges?

Hi from Australia. I’ve ordered a machine the same as yours after seeing your video. Thanks so much for your video - it made it look fairly easy. I can’t wait to get my machine!! Can you tell me, please what time does first crack happen using the process in your video?? And do your beans go through second crack using your timing/heat process?

This machine is a bit loud so it’s hard to hear first crack and I don’t pay too much attention to the timing, sorry. I’ll pay more attention next time I roast. I do medium roasts so usually don’t roast to second crack. But the machine can do it. I hope you enjoy your new roaster, and thanks for watching!😊

@@RegularCoffeeGuy Thanks for responding. I also like medium roast - so I'm hoping to get a great one out of it. Maybe better than my efforts with a popcorn popper!!🤔 My machine is somewhere in Australia now, just waiting for delivery. Cheers.

@@leoniefassy5488 I’m sure you’ll get better results! I’ve done popcorn coffee too. The beans roast too quickly. Hope you’re satisfied with this roaster!

air roaster, fan high at start and decline trough the roast, temp high and decline through the roast. don t be scared of very fast roast times. i used to roast on a ai roaster and for 100g i would stop at 5 min(light roast) Also count the roast time after first crack, rlly important, try stopping it at different times and taste, :30 after crack, 1 min after crack and taste them. This should make your roasts be way better. Air roaster uses air as a drum roaster uses a drum, air roasting tho requiers high fan at the start when the bens are at a denser stage, and decline as it loses weight, beans should tumble pretty hard :)

Thanks do much for those tips! I’ll pay more attention in the future 😀
