how I use my practice journal and why you should too!!

Hey guys! I know I said the last video would be the last video from home but I lied. This one is fr the last video from home. It’s even before I cut my hair lol:) but anyway, practice journaling is something I feel really strongly about because it has helped me so much and also has helped me understand myself and my playing a lot better too so I wanted to show you guys why I think practice journals are helpful and how I have been using practice journals. It is definitely a case-by-case, person-by-person thing but I think it’s so worth trying out to see if it works for you. It helps you realize who you are more than you know. Anyway, I hope it helps you guys.

I started practice journaling about 6 months ago! I love it but I stopped due to getting way too busy **but** this is a great reminder to restart. Great video!

omg I’m the exact same I literally write down everything if not my brain feels too full😭 i think I’m definitely gonna incorporate the ur second notebook into my practice journaling
