Romans 8:38-39 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow-not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. I am a hairdresser, it appears that the clay/apple cider treatment has clarified her hair color and has neutralized her hair color which is a good thing. Her ends were looking a little brassy. You would get the same result in a salon with clarifying shampoo and a toner. I’d say this is a win!

I have been doing clay washes in braids for a year now. I went through a long period of being profoundly anemic during which my hair thinned out and got very brittle. While I am not really seeing length yet, the hair is coming in much thicker and looking much healthier. I am so happy with the results. Thank you!

I don't know if you're still using Amla Fruit powder or any other green colored ingredients but I had to stop using your oil growth mixture for that reason after a couple of applications. I have gray hair and at one point they were very brittle and porous and after using your hair growth oil, my hair turned green. Now I focus on the basics, baking soda wash, apple cider vinegar rinse and occasionally clay or Castile soap wash. No heat tool either. After many months my hair finally came back to their natural color. Be careful if you have gray or white hair. Love your work!

The issue, for me, with ACV is the smell. I am excited you are working on a product! Your different background music choices on this video were really well done, also. And, if I haven’t already written this in a previous comment, I absolutely love that blow dryer that you recommended. I’ve been watching your channel for a few months now and today is the day I finally did my first full treatment. Oils overnight, then apple cider vinegar then the clay wash. Despite all the excitement, unfortunately, I dont consider this a success. After a long shower and a thorough wash, my hair came out greasy and had an unpleasant smell. I will be trying again as I want to get good at this but first I’ll need to go back to my regular shampoo to clean up this mess. I hope I’ll get it one day.

Did you ever get it to work like in her videos?
@agnieszkapajor8990
@agnieszkapajor8990 2 ай бұрын
Yes I made it work. It came down to figuring out the right amount of oil treatment for my hair, combined with the right clay washing and right amount of apple cider vinegar rinse. When done right, my hair gets properly cleaned and the treatment brings out my natural hair waves. My natural hair colour looks nice as well. There’s no smell to my hair once dried out. I used to wash my hair three times a week. Now I wash it once a week. I make my own oil treatment, clay wash and apple cider wash, I follow Katherine’s recipes that I found in her older videos. I don’t use combs as often any more, instead I learned to comb my hair with my fingers. I recommend trying this method, it takes a few times to figure this out, but once it’s figured out the process gets easier and faster each time. I don’t think I’m gonna go back to using shampoos any time soon. It’s nice to be able to use natural products without having to rely on chemicals. I’m happy I stuck with it.

@@agnieszkapajor8990 alright so it wasn’t an instant success but you kept trying until you figured out the ratios? I think if you did that, it would be easy for the vinegarbto get in your eyes. And it will burn badly.

I love your videos and the life style your family lives. I myself use rhassoul clay as shampoo, althoug it is sometimes a bit of a struggel as the region I live in has very very hart, chalky water. So def in need of ACV leave-in after the wash. What I wanted to ask several times now watching your videos: Is there a pattern for this gorgeous red wrap blous you wearing at 0:25? I think you also have oune in green? I absolutly love it and would like to made one myselfe. But was not able to fine anything on your web site. Thanks for sharing your knowlege with us.

That type of top is called a 'peasant blouse'. It's very easy to make. If you look for 'free pattern peasant blouse', you'll find plenty of tutorials - a pattern isn't necessary, just some basic measurements.

Question please: I want to try your method. Meds, and autoimmune issues have TRASHED my hair but I’m reluctant to let it become completely gray. I’m 45 and gray runs earlier in my family so without color I’m full of salt and pepper. Could I still use a semi permanent hair dye without damaging it or working against any progress I might see? I’m willing to stop dying it but it’ll make me feel sad and old 😬 (that’s just me personally. No offense to anyone who’s rocking the gray. It’s just my own self confidence that would take a hit)

Have you considered a glaze instead? I love my salt and pepper and use purple shampoo once a month for four minutes to create ash tone. Apply a mask right after the moisturize...

Ok… so I am a gym rat! And a sweat ALOT - we are talking about out of the shower wet with sweat, and since I have high porosity hair, all that sweat and salt just sinks in. Would this clay wash still work the same or would you suggest I take more steps to get hair clean?? I do Vinigar soaks twice a week, wash with fairly natural shampoo twice a week and use your amazing hair oil once to twice a week as well, adding castor and rosemary oil for new growth.

I also sweat a lot and have had good results with the rhassoul clay wash (I'm a runner, I don't do indoor gym hardly at all however so I'm not sure how much that will change our experiences). I will rinse my hair out once or twice a week depending on how nasty I feel from workouts and then I do a sort of medieval hair combing. I don't use any hair powders, just combing through my hair to remove the dead skin. Tbh the combing probably isn't necessary I just do it because I'm convinced my dead skin is grosser after I sweat lol Oh! I have barely wavy, fine hair and I do the clay wash ~ every 10-12 days depending on how dirty my hair has gotten.

@@PoopHobbit I love the comb cleaning… I feel like it is REAL self care! Ok, so maybe we are on the right track (get it, lol). Do you use Vinegar? When I get hot working out, it stinks! I don’t like the smell and I also have fine (but curly) hair and adding oil weighs my hair down so it’s really a hard balance to find…

I’m always sweaty. I try and only was one time a week with the clay wash. Chlorine free water. How often can I use the ACV rinse? Is it okay to use it daily to help control the oil buildup? I don’t care for using the cornstarch/cocoa dry shampoo as it’s too time consuming. Help please from a lot of things straight long hair! 😂

I've been using a Rosemary oil for my hip length hair that has been thinning due to aging and health issues. Will the clay wash and ACV be safe for dark colored permanent dyedhair or will it strip away the color? I've been hesitant to go for the cray/ACV as I color my hair and won't be stopping that. Thank you and I enjoy your videos very much!

I have dyed hair, and I’ve noticed that it only pulls color if you use it recently after dye. So give it at least a business week before doing an acv wash and you should probably be fine.

I’ve started using your system. I’m currently at chin length with layers. I can get it into two stubby little braids. The first clay wash was kind of a disaster but I’m not giving up! Also, I’ve gotten to where I really look forward to the herbal infusion every morning. Thank you!

Clay contains salicylates. Which acts as a scalp stimulant thus bringing more blood to the scalp bringing good things! I am allergic to salicylates as are others. If you sell, great but you must MUST be clear about the ingredients dear. I use rosemary that I grow and make basically a tea that after cooling, I put into a spray bottle to apply......along with several drops of rosemary oil. This will greatly stimulate the scalp as aforementioned. Also, make certain that your recipe will not compromise scalp health......recall WEN products.....which resulted in overgrowth of nasties resulting in hair loss.....(legal cases). Keep on growing but do the research!😊

Are you expecting her to write the chemical inorganic and organic compounds that composte the rhassoul clay itself? 😂😂😂😂😂😂 The ingredient is the rhassoul clay. It is as if you want her to also write the organic coumponds of the water (H2O). You are funny.

Thank you for this video. Respectfully, I would say that the final result does not look like clean hair 🥹 It looks "muddy". I get the same kind of a result when I wash with rhassoul clay. 🥹 By the way, I watched all of your hair videos, bought most of the products through your website and have been applying most of the practices you recommend for the past 10 months. I love your hair-treatment oil product. I made it and love it! So, it seems that this rhassoul clay wash does not work on my hair for some reason.
