Rosie! I always prepoo especially for my Salt&Pepper 4c hair. I use Aussie Miracle Moist condish. Add my ayurveda herbs & oil blend. Mix well. Apply. Let it sit. Do some chores. The BEST prepoo detangler for my hair!

Chef Rosie in the kitchen fixing up some hair products 😂… Love It… Not everyone is able to create DIYs concoctions. Update: I love to comment while watching but I love your disclaimer to your subscribers.

🤣🤣🤣, I am so lazy it’s a minimum once a month. But I enjoy giving my hair some goodness, it really makes a difference. I think it’s important that creators put a disclaimer 😅.

Prepooing by predetangling before the hair wash is such a game changer! 😍 I love amla!
@rosieamelia59557 ай бұрын
It really is! And I made a note to self literally because I got lazy and really should have just done the pre poo😩. It helps me to be gentle because at this point I am not tired. Yes that’s one if not my favorite herb

Great video Rosie 🥰💙… I actually Pre-Poo every wash day 💙

Love it!! Bout mi go follow fashion as we would say in Jamaica 🤣🤣🤣. Definitely great for people who care about split ends and short detangle times

Wow, your hair looked gorgeous before the pre-poo!🥰💋🤗 That pre-poo looks nice and moisturizing with lots of slip!
@rosieamelia59557 ай бұрын
Thank you 😊, yes the water is key to making that prepoo better 👌🏽, it gives it so much slip

I started pre pooing too and the time I’ve saved is amazing. Previously I would detangle in the shower for about 10-15 minutes. But standing in shower with conditioner dripping on my shoulders triggers my sensory issues 😢.

Thanks for sharing!! 👀, I hate standing in the shower detangling because 10 minutes feels like 30 minutes no joke. And we have winter here and I don’t like being cold .

❤ your Alma prepoo. I always use Alma in my daughter's prepoo.

Love that!

I’ve prepoo for years now. This is like a hair mask too. Only thing that I would do differently is dissolve the Alma in hot water then cool and add the conditioner and oil (Argan, olive, coconut, castor). ❤

Thanks for the hot water recommendation. I'm definitely trying it today.

Great tip! I do that if I am making a alma mask . So with this specific Alma powder I currently have , I find it different from the ones I normally get at the indian supermarket. It’s very finely grounded do their is no residue from the Alma. But yes I do it the way you suggested too 👌🏽. Thank you so much for watching and your knowledge shared. I truly appreciate it❤️.

I started pre-pooing again too. It definitely helps with less detangling during the conditioning phase. Thanks for sharing!

Your skin looks so pretty! Thank you for sharing your honest hair care❤ It was interesting to me how before I even watched your video or knew what you were discussing, I watched Fo’s recent video & left a comment about detangling…. The more honest feedback, the quicker & better a solution.

Thank you so much!!😊 detangling before hand is just best from my experience as well as some curls friends. Trust me when I don’t I regret it🤣🤣🤣

Thanks for sharing Rosie, I will be incorporating this into my routine to help me with my detangles. Your hair looks great! I appreciate your honesty advice and encouragement to tweak any suggestions to fit accordingly. You explain so clearly and we’re able to see and understand what and WHY you use or do certain things (love it). Keep sharing your experiences and knowledge (us new girls need someone) to help others… I plan on buying a book to learn more about my hair. Again, thanks for all your tips 😊…be blessed

Prepooing has really helped with cutting down on detangle time. So I am enjoying this reintroduction to routine.

I dont even predetangle, I just seperate my hair since Inusually wear twist. Then I detangle of damp hair after I washa nd conditionwhich I feel been helping with breakage
@rosieamelia59557 ай бұрын
😁, currently it’s a life saver. I only do it before and if needed during styling. But honestly it shorten my wash day
@friedchicken8927 ай бұрын
@@rosieamelia5955 Okay! Yes I think when the hair is less soaking wet, there is less breakage and less of a hassle to get through the hair!
