Barely shut your door. So the door is barely cracked and spray it off with the pressure washer. You’re spraying down so water won’t go inside the truck. Works great

Q my man got a tip for the power steps. How I wash my factory ones is I leave them down, rinse them, spray an all purpose cleaner on them pretty generously, let it sit, then rinse them. Once I’m done completely with the truck doing finishing touches like tire dressing and plastic dressings I will go ahead and spray meguiars hyper dressing on them and wipe with an older towel to spread it evenly. Always comes back to a nice black finish. I got some other comments on detailing if you want some more input but will only give it if you want to hear it, don’t want to sound like I’m telling you what to do.
@KickinItWithQ3 жыл бұрын
Yo! I appreciate that man def will look into this. I havent heard of the hyper dressing so I will have to read up on it. No feel free to share ecen if I dont use it someone else may find it helpful!

Bad ass truck and great video. For the power steps I usually leave them out during the wash and use the pressure washer to clean them with soap and rinse. Then I just dry. When done I put them back to auto mode.

Nice 👌🏾, not too many people put in the time and clean their ride like you do. Great job 👏 My advice for the amp steps is to use a nice thick 3” to 4” inch brush with your trim conditioner. Just an FYI that I just put a mist of my tire shine and brush it. But it might be a little bit slippery. Hope this info help.
