Appreciate the video. Sounds like a big part of your improvement was in going from 52miles/week max to 70. Definitely something to consider!

Great recap man! I am training for a sub 3 hour marathon this September in Chicago. I am wondering what were some of the workouts you did leading into your marathon that gave you confidence that you could do the time you wanted? Also how often were you strength training each week?

Thanks! My biggest workout was a 22 miler with miles 15 - 20 at marathon pace. That was a big confidence boost. I strength train 3 times a week when marathon training usually push, pulls, legs/core
