How has it already been two months ago since I shared my first video in these series and now race day is literally in 10 days? I have no clue. But nevertheless, bringing you guys with me in now 7 episodes of marathon training has been my favourite series on KZbin to create by far! As I post this video, I’ll go deeper into prep zone and fully prepare for when it’s time to put all the hard work into justice on may 5th. I do share content daily on my instagram at @katharinaschneiderr so you can catch up on what’s happening until the video from race day goes live

The countdown begins; only 10 days until race day. So excited for you. Remember, nothing new on race day. Don't forget to wear your race day kit for at least several runs so that you are accustomed to it, and you can work out any fitment issues.

Does someone maybe have some tips for running in the heat? Like clothing mostly, you are wearing loose nike shorts, do you find these are good for running in ± 25°C weather? And what type shirt do people prefer? I’m running a half marathon in July and want to be prepared for warmer weather!
@katharinaschneiderr7 ай бұрын
I'd prefer shorts and a sports bra solely!

That’s a nice restaurant. What food? What you first dip in green food, that is like a matcha. I usually study English from your movie. I want to be good English speaker and I have going clam school. but it is hard for me to understand correct grammar. Im looking forward to watching your next movie again.

I'm sooo jealous that you are living in Copengahegn. Never been there, but it seems to be a cool place to live and train for marathon. I'm struggling with this in Nairobi (high altitude, humidity, rainy seasons or hot seasons, hills everywhere XD ). Fingers crossed for your performance, but I'm sure that you smash it :)

Hi Katharine, I’m Mana from Japan🇯🇵 I’ve been enjoying watching your videos and glad you are going to Japan soon! I know that you have a lot of plans to do there, if you would like to enjoy bakery in Japan, you should come to Kobe which my hometown! Kobe is famous for bakery and beautiful night view as well. Your motivation has been inspired me a lot. I hope you will enjoy and looking forward to watching your video for journey in Japan :)

@@katharinaschneiderr Awesome! Also One thing I wanted to share with you that there is a Danish hotdog store in Kobe which is called “Copenhagen”. The owner is from Denmark, they serve 100% of Danish sausage which is really juicy and delicious. They have some pastries as well. I’ve been there once and it was sooo good!! Although I’ve never been to Denmark, it made me that I flew over to Denmark!haha It’s very close to station- Suma station which is convenience to transport from city. If you have some time when you visit Kobe, that would be interesting in having Danish food in Japan! ;)
