Omg- thank you SO much! I haven’t had any mom rage yet, but my best friend struggles with this so much& I can’t wait to share this with her! Even though I haven’t personally had any mom rage, I’ve always had a lot of stress &anxiety- especially 9months ago after my baby was born 5weeks early! I feel like your calm down method &the exercises you spoke of would help me so much! ❤

@@jessicakelley0 I can so relate to your friend’s story. My first was 4 weeks early (NICU and all)… and man it really changes you as a mother. I was also understanding your perspective of anxiety! It’s been a battle for the past 15 years… and about a year ago I finally broke free. I feel like I’m alive again! Anyhow, thank you for being here!!! I soo appreciate your love and support ❤️

Thank you-sometimes you feel like you are the only one. Before my son I was always go with the flow/easy going. Mom rage hit me hard and I hated it because it wasn’t me and wasn’t fair to my son. I realized I put too much pressure on myself. Slowing down and being present and understanding it’s okay-not everything is in your control so don’t control.

Btw- have you ever heard that you look SO much like Ginnifer Goodwin? She was Snow White on the TV show Once Upon a Time. You two could be sisters(twins)! Your daughter is adorable by the way!
