Hi Matt, so when creating a topical map, do you consider keywords that are returned by ahrefs with 10 searches/month or something like that? Do you filter them by search volume?

Great video matt. I think for people starting out focusing on a topical map or topical authority is a waste of time as they won’t have any authority. Unlike diggity marketing which has a DR of 77. Wouldn’t a focus of building links first to boost authority make sense first rather than spending countless hours on creating content? I get you need high quality content to link to but I think creating a topical map first would not be needed. A bit of a chicken or the egg scenario..

This is a stupid question ok. But I really cant figure this out so I would appriciate an answer. If I go to the rank 1 article for lets just say "best web hosting for beginners" and I use the DETAILED extension you mentioned. Pull the headings, put it in a google doc, and then basically copy the content, and maybe re-write some stuff to make it different. Then I post the blog on my website.... Will this get ranked? Is that what you're saying? Because that is an insanely competitive keyword, and I don't see how I could ever get ranked on page one for that term or anything related. Im trying so hard to learn all this, but It feels overwhelming, and like im never going to be able to get to all of this money everyone claims to be making.

✓ I believe we are meant to be like Jesus in our hearts and not in our flesh. But be careful of AI, for it is just our flesh and that is it. We can only destroy ourselves but with God all things are possible. God knows us better because He is our Creater and He knows our beginning and our end. This makes me think about the increasing importance of backlinks more than ever.
