How I won a £2.5 Million Healthcare Recruitment Contract For The UK Government

It took around just under 3 days from first contact to close a HUGE Healthcare contract. Once I get the ball rolling it will be 100-200 jobs on every single month which is more than enough to keep me busy recruiting. The deal is closed and I will be setting up calls with directors of care homes, practices and hospitals to find out exactly what their staff requirements look like over the next few weeks/months and years.
If you are a recruiter or thinking about starting your own agency you probably think you can never win a contract like this and it is only for the big recruitment agencies... well this video proves that is not true.

Hi Adam, what most people dont do is reveal pricing for services and try to sell once you privately get in touch. However I am not like others as you know from my emails I even tell clients what my rate is. £100 per hour is the current rate.

well done that’s massive. I recently just opened a care agency, in London I joined a third party to kinda aid in obtaining clients (I have alot of staff but not enough work for them) Did you need to sign up with CQC??? I’m still thinking If it’s necessary or if I should just stick to recruitment & compliance.
