no need. You can submit your studentship letter, which confirms that your tuition fees will be covered for the entire PhD period and specifies your annual income. As long as you have this letter, you will be able to obtain your CAS and then proceed with your visa application.

U hv to mentioned only published thing during the publication sections as it ask to submit DOI of ur paper. But, as i didn't hv a particular DOI for my papers ,I hv submit the google link for the pdf of my research paper.that's what i did. However, u can mention your oversea research presentation as u got full travel grant during another sections whereever it's suits. Or else if it is relevant to the master degree u r applying, u can mention this during ur development essays

Commenwealth application is now closed and u cannot do anything now, wait until this november to apply for 24/25 intake

I don't think u can apply universities now until the begining of september intake 2023.u can apply around october 2023 for next yr ..however csc will change the particular courses and universities and number of scholarships slots for each university accordingly..so this yr courses might not be available for next yr..However, u can start with writing scholarships essays and try to gather more qualifications such as volunteer, leadership , paper publications before this yr november..that's what i can give u as a advice. Finally, u can apply as much as universities and submit unlimited csc scholarships applications if u want..u can select several SDGs during each application as far as u can connect ur selected SDGs with ur development essays, ur qualifications and the future master course. It doesn't matter, there is one girl who selected for 22/23 csc scholarship from srilanka who already did masters in SL..so this is her second master ..as far as u can elaborate the reason for doing second master in csc essay, there is high chances of wining
