I went from being 5’3 and 135 to 5’3 and 113. All I did was just eat one meal a day. And it was a meal that I wanted to eat. I was mindful of the calories I was eating but I wasn’t being restrictive and I lost that weight in 2 months. I mean you may get hungry in the middle of the day but you have ur big dinner to look forward. I recommend that to everyone tryna lose weight.

Triste Cherie that’s a really long period of fasting. Most people only fast til noon. No fucking way am I going all day without eating. I get up at 5 am for work and can not wait til dinner to eat. Plus you’re not getting enough calories from just one meal. And it’s not sustainable.

Love your low calorie recommendations! I love mug cakes with the sugar free Pillsbury cake & brownie mixes. Just add 6 tablespoons of mix & 4 tablespoons of water and micro for 1:30. Top with fr whipped cream. I also add blueberries or strawberries to white cake mix for a cobbler like dessert! SO good!
