Thanks brotha. Appreciate it! The walls were already grey with that red stripe so I figured I would leave it that as it looked pretty good. I decided to paint the roof red. I feel like a bright fire truck red stands out well and can be eye catching especially up against the blue sky. I guess bright warm welcoming colors are good. IBA is ordered and they said around December it should be here. How’s your wash coming along?

No specific number in mind but gut feeling and just a road that has cars going by. Not too quiet where there’s minutes that go by with no cars but a nice steady flow of cars

You’re welcome. Building from scratch on an empty block of land. Including permits and underground construction. I’ve never built from scratch but I would be making a guess of 250-300k
