The thing about Incineroar is that he can be fit into many, many roles within 1 pokemon. His bulk, typing, and movepool just allows him to do many many different things annoyingly. He's dominant because he can be that customizable, and people are starting to have counters for him in mind because of how dominant he was. If he forced a meta change, he's the king and always will be, and you be he will come back in some way or form.

Incineroar has beat it in Day 2 usage at like the last 6 regionals. The one who needs to get nerfed it Urshifu. The two forms combined usage have been #1 at the last several regionals, and Rapid Strike alone managed to beat Incineroar’s usage in Orlando
