You are the prime example of delusional. Japan is not stronger than us in any way. They don't have a larger budget, they don't have better weapons, they don't have more nukes, they don't have more personnel, they don't have more experience. How are they more powerful than us? Their only strength over us is them being protected by US which may not last long once Trump takes office @Samruddhi-e6g

India needs 150 bilion dollars military budget It will give safety also many jobs will be created We need 90% defence equipment from only domestic defence sector not imports . If India's defence industrial sector grows We can export to defence equipments to africa, israel , south-east asia , east asia , brazil , Armenia, latin America, Australia, russia, also europe . Usa russia exports so much weapons , 😅we exports very less

India’s military budget has been growing, but it has a long way to go. How is it being spent, and how is this affecting the country’s overall military capacity? First, India’s military budget has already risen to $80 billion from around $75 billion in the recent past Even if it became $100 billion. It’s still too small for what’s needed. A significant portion of that budget goes towards wages & Personal maintenance costs and pensions for military personnel. That’s 45% to 67% of the budget. Technological innovation only gets 1% to 3%, and research and manufacturing only gets 5%. That leaves 25% of the budget for purchasing new equipment, but, likely, this won’t be enough to cover the costs. And, of course, this budget has to be divided between the Navy, Army, and Air Force. Second, the Indian government is trying to source its military equipment locally. This is meant to ensure that the defence industry is using local components to create jobs and increase national security. This is a positive move, but it’s likely to take 10 years to get the full benefit from pushing local products. So far, the government has bought locally-made small arms and rifles, and it has been upgrading some of its older equipment. As it stands, India's military budget is sufficient to cover defence costs now, but it will likely not be sufficient in the future. India's military is well-equipped to protect its territories and citizens, but there is room for improvement in funding, particularly to support advancements in technology and equipment.
