I am not sure why people go to agents. I did my masters in 1997 when there was NO INTERNET. I used to write letters to university… damn I am old! I did not go any agent. Now all the information is literally at your fingertips. Why someone would go to an agent is beyond me!

That is a positive start. I contacted IDP once to gauge my chances for studying abroad. Just by looking at my profile and GPA the admission consular suggested me to look for a bunch of colleges. On enquiring about the universities and the programs that are offered by universities, she mentioned that with my profile it might not be possible for me to get an admit and the programs are costly as well.😂😂 Basically, commission agents or fake admission consulars are cashing on your greed and fear. Be aware of such scammers.

There is no excuse to suggest a student diploma over degree and steal there life opportunities. No excuse. We work with 1500 universities, we know.

Factually wrong! Consultants get paid by the universities, not the students. So, if a student is being helped by a consultant it's a win-win for both just like any other commerce or service. Whereas here the gentleman's company is selling his own programs with options to transfer. Even he will end up taking the help of consultants to sell his programs which otherwise will not even fly. There are already many pathway options from India to foreign universities where students can transfer between programs and more credible as in case of a visa refusal at least they get an Indian degree. Masala headlines and seems like a paid partnership. Disclaimer: There are unethical people across all industries and hence, it's important that students do their due diligence and also not get trapped with offers that are not practical.
