Good information. This shows that there is too much money in the market which the people are ok to risk it or people mentality has changed to a lottery based hoping the stock will return them with xxxxx% returns. One suggestion from me would be if you can explain the Dividend based stocks as I see some stocks especially some US stocks they don’t grow much but in fact their Dividends are good overtime.

can anyone tell how & when sme listed company move to main exchange like large cap company ……?

There are a few regulations that need to be fulfilled for an SME to move to main exchange. The main migration criteria require companies to have more than 3 years of listing history on the SME exchange, paid-up capital of Rs 10 crore or more, and market capitalization above Rs 25 crore. When an SME’s paid-up capital is more than Rs 10 crore, but below Rs 25 crore, it can opt for voluntary migration. But when its paid-up capital exceeds Rs 25 crore, migration to the main board exchange becomes mandatory.
