Shane Warne's sudden death reportedly after a heart attack has shocked the world. Previously, Puneeth Rajkumar’s death from cardiac arrest after an intense 2-hour long workout session came as a huge blow to his fans. This incident has raised concerns over heart disease and heart attack risk among those who are in their late 30s, 40s and 50s & work out regularly. Heart ailments are usually linked to inactivity, fat and unhealthy lifestyle and not people who work out regularly. So what is causing cardiac arrest in middle-aged people who exercise regularly? Watch the video to know more.

Being a Doctor , I can understand and have found truth in whatever he has said in this video. People don't realize this until they suffer themselves. Have many studies which suggests the same.

1. Coronary angiogram 2. 128 slice CT coronary angiography. The first option is more accurate.

How about high intensity boxing circuits? 3 min on, 1 min off for 10 rounds on?? Could I decrease risk by extending the rest period to 1.5 or even 2 min?

By this notion....people working on fields, farms...athletes, sports men and all construction labours probably should have died with heart attack. Doesnt seem to be an all inclusive theory

This is bull crap, I have seen peoples in the 80s and 90s doing extreme workouts, they weren’t dying from heart attacks, people are waking up and watching what is happening worldwide

@@anthonybryant I'm also one among the people but my workout helped me to bring back my heart in the same condition. I just did angioplasty 25 days ago.. I'm a regular gym goer, cholesterol was 230mg, had high protein and high cholesterol diet all day, stress and too cold weather all did its bad job.. I'm saying this bcoz that no one should suffer by doing too much workouts..

@@shaktivel1732 I will say this again, I am 52 years old, and in my life growing up in the 80s and the 90s and the early 2000s, nobody I have ever known was dropping dead like they are now from heart attacks, or sudden adult death syndrome, this stuff did not exist in my days, this is something new that just started around three years ago, never in my life have I seen so many people just dying in their sleep, or dying playing sports, or little kids getting Myocarditis ,

Sure, occasionally people would die of heart attacks from working out. But we see a rash of them now. Now let’s think… What has changed? (Cue pic of Winnie the Pooh saying ‘think, think, think!’)

Yes, you should think, indeed. To study changes in the prevalence of medical conditions is not easy. You can't do that if you have no medical degree, no knowledge in this field, no experience in medical research. Even if you had the required qualifications for this job, you could not draw conclusions that easily. You would need to conduct studies that would take years, and then your studies would have to be peer-reviewed. Some people are so immature and narcissistic that they believe they don't need to accomplish the enormous amount of work that scientists need to do. In their mind, they know it all, they don't need diplomas, knowledge, experience, research, and can draw conclusions in a snap.
