Super doctor ..Vera level ❤..I am also continuously doing gym workouts for 1.5 years atleast 4 to 5 days days per week to do bulk.....now i am very confident to do any kind of physical activities ...while going out itself makes me happy due to my improved muscle growth....my protein intake per day is approximately 1.4 gm per body weight and also i am feeling good...I like you always because you are also like me to be health conscious...great doctor ,keep motivating everyone

Hi Doctor great info and video, can you explain about TFCC (Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex) occurring in wrist, recovery options and treatments for this, Currently I am experiencing this and I don't see much improvement with rest for 3 weeks, workouts that we can do with this condition etc.....
