Hi Brad! Been watching your Videos, great work! We’re Bangladeshi from UK. Since you are there try and visit: Sri Manual Famous for its Tea garden and nature, they also have a tea which is 7 layers, also visit the Palace Hotel, and Grand Sultan, they have some good quality Western Food inside. Khala Bhuna (Beef Curry Dry) Paratha (Flatbread) Also try and avoid street food, it will upset your stomach, ease your way into it.

Brad, I like your style. Maybe I earned to make some comments here. I live in Nashville and probably lived in USA longer than you have ( 47 years to be exact. as a medical doctor). People there are very friendly to you undoubtedly, but please be aware of the so called “white privilege” you feel entitled to while in third world countries. Also please keep in mind that if you give 200 taka tips for a 20 taka tea, you inadvertently contributed to inflation and encourage price gouging. I still appreciate your honesty and friendliness. I am from Dhaka but left it in mid 1970s when it was a little town.
