She can read in order to pass the test and get herself the Drivers Licence. 2. Her Muslim family and Children are comfortable for her to have a job and perform a task, and even to drive a young male/ foreighner back to his hotel in the middle of night. Advancement in China is not limited to infrastructure, but also the opennese of the mind set. 3. Have to say Uyghurs are an attractive looking race. And the women are very emancipated considering other places around the region. They are given opportunities to work and get educated walk around freely without fear of harassment unlike certain places. Crime is likely VERY low with all the police about. Lots of freedom to walk without fear. In US or parts of India, you could be robbed or shot in the wrong place.
