they get people into the hobby- and you are paying for the advertising to do this. Few other companies have spent so much for so long on advertising- and have brought millions into the hobby- they help create the customer base that keeps real shops in business.

Im sure you have the same "notice the shocked look on my face" as i do....LCC has always been THAT coin company. But a huge THANKS to you for putting these vids out for folks! Im sure theres tons of folks over the years that have gotten drawn into these "deals" considering how long LCC has been around! Always look forward and enjoy when your videos come out! Oh man, I was for sure "shocked" LOL. I knew it was gonna be bad, but at least give me a variety to look at. In the past I could at least find something I needed that was retail and not inflated. Hope you had a holiday and God Bless!

About 50 years ago when I was 9 or 10 Littleton advertised in TV guide and I started buying coins from them and it helped getting me into coin collecting and then I grew up,lol,but I still have all those Littleton shares I never used,at the time I thought it meant I was a share holder in the company,lol.

Man, if only they were real shares... I've shopped them off and on for a couple decades. I haven't bought much, but it's kinda fun to look for the rare "deal" of retail price.

The question should be how is Littleton still in business in 2024? The prices are three or four times what things are worth.

I have received their magazine for inspirational things, ideas to look for elsewhere. I would never buy from them. Way way way too expensive.. I specifically asked for no coins just the magazine. The coins that came for inspection were a 71 Ike dollar for $13. A Sacagawea dollar for $9. I hope no one pays for these things... You do you. Happy Holidays to everyone. I've used them a long long time ago. They used to be pretty nice and had "Intercept Shield" which I don't even think is a thing anymore. From what I remember they were a little lower quality than Dansco, but the same concept. Dansco albums just "felt" better, maybe a little better build material.
