People often forget to invest in themselves which is often the safest investment. Its often the preliminary step to wealth. Investing in a degree, a lucrative hobby, etc. Not only that but happiness is important too.

Wealth comes from taking a risk to PAY THAT LABOR with your own money. The laborer has no risk. They will make money no matter what happens to the company, but the person starting the company may lose all their money.
