How Is Wine Made - The Harvest

I explained how grapes are harvested and the first part of the winemaking process. I learned about winemaking by working at the Biondi winery on Mount Etna in Sicily.
I'd like to give a big thanks to Ciro and Stef Biondi for letting me be part of the harvest!

The red was Nerello Mascalese and the whites were a mix of Carricante and Catarratto.
