Actually its much darker than that. The state of Israel is the UK's project to co opt or 'hijack' Judaism. As unfortunate as the UK's project has become it will soon be worse, and most people who today criticize the state of Israel will not see it as worse, but improved.

Though many Israelis have a prejudiced attitude, they are more favorable when compared to Baathist or Islamic extremists who might otherwise govern the country. A merger with Palestine to form a unified people could be a positive step forward. Unfortunately, this idea is not possible due to these racial prejudices within Israeli society and the violent extremist beliefs of a large segment of Palestinian society.
