@@MistahJay7 So? At least I listen, I have a choice to either raise my hand or not. Plus, nowadays students would mostly shout out the answer. Overall, I've learned many mistakes, and I shouldn't have to worry much about it since I am "smart". Also, as long as I do the work then I shouldn't have any problems. if I do need to ask a question, I always have the time to ask after class. There's plenty of ways to learn from mistakes other than raising your hand, not everyone does it in this generation, the teachers don't care anymore, so why should I? (Besides, I take notes).

I appreciate this because the stress is real but it also shows what social anxiety looks like. Many times I felt like this, and then realized that the others weren't even saying anything that damning but what I was hearing was filtered through my own negative self-talk.
