I used to work in a bakery and make apple pies from scratch. Peeling the apples and making the dough myself. I never used any honey so I’m very surprised by the amount they have in their pies. I usually just stuck to the simple brown sugar and cinnamon method for flavoring, and rely on the apples to supply the flavor. Also, those crimpers they use look so much easier than the handheld one I had to use ;w;
