And then ofcouse his actuall first joke came earlier at 0:40 since he said it was thermal paste to keep it cool but that's all solder paste. After SPI it's multiple PNP machines which place all the components, but he said it etches the labels and bla bla. Actual silk screen labels are made with the actual board and the SMT factories have laser engraving machines for QR or barcodes. Which also means..10-20 years from now they can tell you when this was made and what component reels were used and who was working at that time.

There's different kinds of oil, dude. Just like there's different kinds of flux. RMA flux is corrosive, but no clean flux isn't. Some oils don't corrode the board or the components, but will help keep moisture away by acting as a barrier. You need oil when you use conformal coating. Oil also will protect from ESD.
