I love Magic Candle Company, but they honestly need to invest in some type of way to give out samples of their other scents in your order. It's a 50/50 chance on whether or not we would like the candles we purchase. Not only that, it may help them out with their upsell on other scents.

I love them. I had ordered a 4 pack of the oils. I received them in the mail and got 2 of the same and not 1 that I had ordered. I sent them a nice email explaining to them the mistake and they very quickly sent out the one that had been left out and didn’t even ask for the extra one back. Great customer service. I love to see that it’s a small business that makes me want to order more from them.

Thanks for this behind the scenes tour! Loooooove the Contemporary scent! I have wax melts of that scent in my living room and I use the room spray in my bedroom. Really fantastic! Every scent I’ve purchased I’ve enjoyed. The one thing I’d say for customers is if you have an acrylic overlay in your shower/tub, the dye used in the shower/bath melts can stain the acrylic. Learned that the hard way.

I’ve tried various different Disney themed candles and these are my absolute favorite! I love the amount of oil used in the wax melts, it really seems that the scent lasts longer. Also, I like that when it’s time to clean out my wax burner, it’s super easy.

My first box is being shipped right now! So friggin excited! What i lo e the most is they are in a metal tin. Working at bath and body works while I was a cast member at my local disney store, I was constantly trying to make scent comparisons. The worst part of those is they're made of glass! One little kid comes in and all hope is gone.

I bought into the "Magic Fragrance Boxes" and you never know what your going to get! Haven't been disappointed yet! Great product. Being from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan you tend to burn a lot of candles in the winter(not just to keep warm) but to help with the "winter blues" and these candles/melts are the best! If they do have a shop in Orlando, the next time we are there we will visit!

I use the oils and I absolutely love them. I use 5-7 drops at a time and I diffuse maybe 1-2 a week. I have Pirate Life, Little Old Christmas Shop (man I love this so much during that time of the year 🎄), Walt’s Office, and Haunted. This video reminded me to purchase more lol I bought Pumpkin King, Poison Apple, Terror Tower, and Flying Over the Orange Groves. I can’t wait to get them in 😍.

I love these candles! I do the oil in my bedroom so my little girl can’t get hurt with the flame of the candle. She loves the different colors the machine makes. I have a bunch of favorites however my #1 is Norway. I never ever expected to like it because I have serious sinus issues but it’s so good and it doesn’t bother my sinuses 💙 🇳🇴 It smells sooo good! Glad I decided to give each fragrance a chance.

I love the scents I’ve tried so far and like Sean said they don’t affect my allergies as badly. When the wick is burned down I will use the wax remnants in a warmer to enjoy every last bit of the scent.

Beware of MCC before purchasing. I believe that they are either deliberately or unintentionally suppressing negative feedback . Based on the customer reviews (all 5 stars), I bought the Contemporary scent 14oz candle. My ordering and delivery experience were great, but I wasn't happy with the potency of the scent and didnt feel the candle was a good value. I wrote and submitted a two star rating on their website, received confirmation of receipt, and it was never published. Check out their BBB page, this happened to someone else.

I've ordered last week. I've never tried their products so I can't criticize what they make. But I did read the BBB complaints since I placed the order. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and wait to contact them on the day it's supposed to ship (no later than). If they don't fulfill their part of the agreement, I will be in touch with my banking institution and dispute the charges. But I'm not really confident with the company's business practices as something they're doing is charging for the product before they actually ship the product...which is technically illegal. It's just not good business. However I'm holding out hope that they prove me wrong. BTW, they're making about $11.00 per candle for every 8oz. one they sell. They're profit margin is threw the roof.

CapturedonCloud9 try doing the oils if you have a diffuser, in my opinion it last so much longer😍. Plus you get 4 bottles for 27.99 before discount (30.21 total after discount and shipping applied @ least that’s what mine came to.) To me this is so much cheaper than buying from a big box store, plus you get to reminisce all your favs from the house of mouse and you get to support a small business 😊❤️.

I ordered some wax melts. My husband loves the Pop Century. I thought the wax melts were kind of too soft to remove out of the plastic container. I had to scrape it out which was kinda messy compared to others.

I'd love to buy one but I can't decide which! It's hard to imagine what some of the scents smell like when I haven't been to Disney in a while. Maybe I should start off small and just get a few wax melts of scents I'm interested in. I tend to like lighter, fresher smells during the summer (but not floral) and something a little more woodsy and rustic during the winter. And I'm in Toronto, so I mean "winter"!

I got excited timing these were custom blended fragrances to really try to capture the experience of being at the parks... They aren't. Literally anybody can buy the fragrances they use and make the same candles for pennies.

Great candles, usually, but the problem comes in if you have an issue. Sometimes, for whatever reason, the candles don't smell the same or don't smell like anything at all. Magic Candle Company can be quite hesitant when it comes to doing the right thing and correcting their mistakes. And when you charge as much as they do for a luxury item, you must have quality service after the sale if there is an issue if your going to stay in business. This is where Magic Candle Company fails sometimes. They have a great product, usually, but the service is not always there if something goes wrong. And when you charge a premium price, you have to give provide a consistent premium customer experience if an issue comes up. And they don't always do that. I much prefer Spireside Candles. They have Disney scents and always have excellent customer service if an issue occurs. While I love some of Magic Candles's scents more, I don't like feeling like I'm getting ripped off when they fail to correct issues with their product after its been brought to their attention.

They but off the shelf pre-made fragrances and just slap a fancy label on. There is zero custom blending off the fragrances. Kind of a let down. For instance Pineapple Whip is just a generic pineapple smell, Haunted is just a fragrance anybody can buy called "library", and so on

Honestly these candles burn to hot and too fast.. Wood wick in a tin can I find the flame is extremely high burn even after trimming the wood wick they still put out black smoke . I mean they smell great but do not leave these to burn unattended at all.
