For real, I’m a pizzamaker at Domino’s Pizza but this whole video was just so inaccurate. We work with the doughballs in the trays ready and stretch them ourselves just like topping them. Customers who walk inside our shop can literally watch as their pizzas get made in our kitchen in front of them.

What a waste of time. Terrible. And blatantly inaccurate. The narrator says “A large plastic roller…passes over the dough, cutting it into perfectly even circles…From here…rollers poke some holes into the crust.” The dough is *CLEARLY* perforated prior to being cut into individual pizzas. If you get something so glaring wrong, it calls into question the accuracy of the rest of the video and makes it essentially worthless.
