I used to love using these pipes, so cool to see how they are made. My local shop used to have dragon heads inside, under the bowl, so it would look like the dragon is filling the pipe as you smoked

Hi! Dragon bongs are definitely a thing. I've never seen them inside hand pipes, sounds awesome though. All the best! Sim

I am 69 and have been using pipes since the 1970's and up until this month i learned about glass screen filters. I have problems with the wire screens falling out, but seeing the glass screens going down into the pipe bowl hole to keep it in, thats exactly what i need and i will be trying to find a spot that sells them. I wish i had my health back and was younger because i would have liked to get into working with the glass. I am not very artistic but i watch your video's and you make it look easy if your steps are followed.. wonder how much is the equipment that you need to get started with making the pipes and screens?? This was fun to watch and you explain everything wonderfully.. i will be looking out for your next videos. I need to go back and look up ones i have not seen.. great job..

Hi Judy! Thanks so much for your comment. I like to pop my bowls so that you don't need to use a screen. The metal screens always made me uneasy for some reason. The glass screens work well but it's another thing to have to clean and keep track of. I like to throw some herbs in a pipe and be done lol. The equipment depends on what you're looking to make. The torch and kiln are the most expensive but a lot of times you can find used equipment and save some bucks. If you're not looking to go beyond 25 mm tubing, then a small torch would do nicely. Thank you for your kind comments about my videos. I've been trying extra hard to keep them concise but still get as much detail in as possible. So much to teach and give over. Hope you have an awesome day! Sim

You make this look easy. My torch arrives end of the month, then look out!! Well, maybe not, but it's gonna be fun.

Neeto, I have not seen one of these. Is the hole at the end near the bowl the same as a carb?
@FusingShop4 ай бұрын
Hello Joanne! Yes the hole functions as the carb. I plan on making a video on how this is used soon. All the best!! Sim

Awesome little video!! I take it you can add an ash catcher to a regular spoon also?? Why don't they come with those??
@FusingShop4 ай бұрын
Hello! Yeah you can add them to spoons for sure. Some glassblowers add them, some don't. It's an extra step in the production process. All the best! Sim

love your stuff. I want to know if you can help me. Im very new and need some advice on where to get tanks and general stuff like that.
@FusingShop4 күн бұрын
Hey skeetle. What kind of tanks are you trying to find? Propane tanks can be bought at Home Depot and I get them filled by my local propane supplier. For Oxygen tanks, you need to find a company that rents or sells the tanks. I use K-tanks in the shop. Do a Google search for local oxygen supplier and see what you find. All the best! Sim

Jewish people smoke weed? That’s crazy
@FusingShop4 ай бұрын
Jews are fans of many fine things, cannabis being one of them lol.

@@FusingShop for some reason I always assumed it would be forbidden or something lol you learn something new every day.

@@TylerRamos-h2o So that's an interesting question. There is a difference of opinion depending on who you ask. Some Orthodox Jews are against cannabis and some see it as a healing tool like any other medicine. As a kid growing up in the 80s, I never touched pot. Only when I was 35 did I start looking into it and trying it out and saw that all the information I was being fed was BS. Now I'm trying to open people's minds to cannabis and show them how powerful it can be.
