I thought all of these comments were being immature and overdramatic about the nozzle pumping out cinnamon shmear looking like a butt pooping... Then I saw 2:34 and realized they were not exaggerating.

Freezing food fast allows for more of the taste and freshness to stay… yknow fresh, doing so slowly would cause ice crystals to form (possibly in the filling on the bottom) and when melted it breaks down the cells of the food destroying their freshness and taste essentially.

I worked here and was the Packaging Supervisor when this episode was shot. I remember having to tell the camera guy to move his shit because it was a 400° plastic sealer and he had it damn near the oven. Otherwise they was nice people. Company is located in Bath Maine and send out Free samples to interested buyers 😊

@daddy2263 i know, but too bad it's not 🤷. Owner/Ceo is Mike Gagne, Co owned by his brother Mark and his Daughter SommerSet. Also had a restaurant called the Robinhood Meetinghouse in Georgetown maine which my fellow Supervisors and i used to work at for wedding caterings. So if it's made up I did QUITE alot for a made up company. How about prove me wrong? 🤷

schmear = smør = smoer = butter. From Scandinavian. Simple like that.
@Synochra3 жыл бұрын
"Schmieren" also means "to spread" (i.e. spread something on bread) in German, so I think that's more likely to be the direcr origin, although they may have similar roots

Comparing US cinnamon rolls to German Schnecken is a total insult to any German baker. It tastes so much better in German than anything you get in the US.

@@joeallfrontsquiet8797 Saya who? Have you both been to Germany and the US? I have. It's way better in the US at any local bakery. Germany uses too much yeast and its too much bread. I guess it's personal preference. Let's agree to disagree. Have a good day.

The correct German spelling would be 'Schnecken'. However, what they showed in the video has almost nothing to do with how they are originally made in Germany.
