Who was alive to report on who killed Jabba? Everything anyone knows is that Jabba took a trip to the Sarrlac pit to dispose of some people who had annoyed him, and ended up dying along with everyone that was known to be there. Now, Bobba Fett did survive by jet-packing out of the pit, but few knew he was even there to begin with and those few are also dead. In short, no-one knows for sure who killed Jabba.

I think this guy's overlooking the fact that when we see powerful Hutt lords, we only see OLD Hutt lords. I remember seeing somewhere that young Hutts have great speed and strength; that they act as muscle and earn the beginnings of their power in their youth, then take a more sedentary role as they get older. Getting fat is proof that they've not only reached this stage but established their power bases while doing so to the point where they don't need to be physically strong or quick anymore.

I didn't expect Hutts to actually be so capable of combat! I mean, I once read about how Jabba tricked some Gamoreans into serving him by having them wear blindfolds for a battle, but the fact that Hutts WERE able to hold their own in a one on one fight (Under the right conditions of course)? No wonder one Hutt was a Jedi at one point.

I wish you had mentioned how intelligent and devious the Hutts are as well which allowed them to resist Jedi mind tricks, and I wish you had talked about the only known Hutt Jedi, Beldorian The Splendid. I've seen him left out of many of the lists of that have been made about Jedi who survived order 66. Which is a shame cause he was really interesting, he was said to be the biggest and longest Hutt who ever lived, and because he was a Jedi, he didn't have an ounce of fat on him so he looked like a giant anaconda with muscly arms. He fell to the dark side but didn't become a Sith but rather a dark Jedi, he fought and was killed by Leia in legends.

They did, at least in Legends. Jabba's father Zorba tried to take revenge on Luke and friends shortly after Return of the Jedi in the Jedi Prince series, and his clan sent Boba Fett and several squads of Gank assassins after Leia in Dark Empire.
