Brokeback Mountain is still his most seminal movie. He and Heath Ledger were iconic, and their love for each other was torturous, tragic and real. One could tell they had a special relationship. Hardly anyone on this planet has led such a privileged life, but he works hard and donates to many noble charities. In short, Jake Gyllenhaal is one of the 21st century's most iconic and important actors.
