He has said in the past that what prevents him from getting married is himself; he simply isn’t ready for that step. I’m sure when the right person comes along, he will know-no need to pressure him if he doesn’t feel ready. I would have loved to see him end up with someone non celebrity so they balance themselves out but will have to wait and see, look at Uncle Jesse and George Clooney, everyone thought they would never settle down and look at them now with wife and kids.

Maybe he hasn't found the right person yet, or maybe he doesn't want to get married or anything, and only says he does so no pressure is added to his life, people need to realise not everyone wants to be with someone, or have kids, people have very high expectations for celebrities and they need to back of a little.

I think he's very misunderstood. I've been a swiftie since day one, but Jake was my first crush (back in the early 2000s). All Too Well renewed my interest in him and I've been watching videos. First of all, he's a Sagittarius which to me, explains EVERYTHING. He is passionate about his art, funny, spontaneous, and overall just exudes joy. But he's clearly got a fear of commitment, emotional withdrawal, and I think he wants to be known as an intellectual instead of just for his looks. There's some complex battles going on behind the puppy dog face. He needs someone who will challenge him intellectually and match his mutable energy
