30:54. Yeah, that was me first time I saw this disaster. I'm actually disturbed by how many of the cooking _basics_ seem to be beyond Oliver, though.

Dear Brian and Frenchie, the Olympic turned to be a cuisine nightmare with their vegan meals. So much that the British contigent said to have flown in their own chef. Can you critique the meals being serve there and why it's bad for a sports event?

I'm sorry, but why does he zest the lemon right before baking it? Like, I'm pretty sure 20 minutes in the oven will decimate whatever fresh citrussy zing the zest might provide when it's drowning in cheese and milk sauce and then getting topped with pesto too?

not only that zest will burn when cooked for that long

I’d love to see these two react to Heston’s old series on British food (I think it was called Heston’s great British food) I’d love this For a few reasons Chefs point of view on his creations /creativity The unique dishes in the series (if I remember right he goes full wonka) The banter about British food

I have no idea what kind of veg bullsh*t Jamie Oliver was making, but it sure as hell wasn't lasagna.

There's an Italian place in Half Moon Bay CA where they, not surprisingly, make their own sheet pasta for their lasagna. What's amazing is that they use these super thin sheets so the end up stacking their meat/cheese/pasta layers 8-10 times high. And to be clear I mean there will be 8 layers of pasta in what is still about a 3-4 inch deep lasagna. It's pretty fabulous.

Whats up with all the cheeses. Tradtitional Lasagna Bolognese, is ragu bolognese, spinach fresh lasagna sheets (the green) and bechamela. You only put cheese on top.

@@JohnDoe-wp1dq Actually, Italy has a billion authentic lasagnas with varying ingredients... and this concoction doesn't resemble any of them.
