Even if I was rich I'd be in an apartment chilling the same mortgage is literally just another form of rent anyway. Maybe my own land but nothing insane. I'd likely donate 25% to charities or in times like this those that are forced to be broke by social distancing. My rooms minimalistic by choice and I barely buy a fuckton of food. I would DEFINITELY try all this at least once but I don't need 20 cars to flex I don't need pricey clothes. I'd basically live like Bill Gates just even more down to earth. I was always raised on patience I barely ever asked for shit and when I did it was already years old. Like all my consoles I asked for two years after release and even then was extremely patient another year sometimes two. It's materialistic not necessary and I'm glad I was able to grow like this. I hope to God I can provide for my kids but give them the same level of appreciation. Not being stingy or obsessed with saving but enough where they KNOW the difference of necessity vs desire. I'd never tell them they shouldn't want things but I'd tell them weigh the importance.
