Extremely Wise advice!!! 1) Buy local. 2) Help the people around you. 3) Be happy about the success of others ("Fargin"). 4) Ask those in your community for business opportunities. 5) Give charity on a local level. I especially agree with #4. In fact, I am a success today because people in my small Jewish community offered me an excellent opportunity to apprentice in a very well-respected and lucrative local business.

It will not only bless your money but also make you richer and also focus on helping others. the thing, Rabbi, is that you Jews have a strong community and have values, like you said, you help each other. The rest of the world doesn't even speak to their neighbors. So if things are to change to the rest of the world, everybody must change their mentality at the same time and recognize these values. A lot of people are willing to help but most of them don't even care to try, they even step on your weakness to get above you.

Awesome video! What I learned is that the real secret to the success of the Jews for thousands of years is the fact they are the only people with intersectional identity. Being Jewish is complex and is a combination of religion and ethnicity, this identity means that they believe in the same things and have the same mindset. However, anyone can become Jewish, as long as you conform to their way of thinking and acting, so that means being Jewish is not a race (ex. you can't take a class and become white, black or mexican). So If a community or race of people can rally around a set of beliefs and actions that lead to a common goal, they can begin to implement the Jewish success secret of community which will lead to peace, love and success. With Gods help may we all live in the embrace of such connected, loving communities. God Bless!

Thank you for sharing. I'm fortunate to live in a community where people value and appreciate each other. Charity plays an important factor, but at every level people are contributing what they can. That could also mean volunteering, donating clothing/goods where needs, attended local events, and providing helpful services. For example, I donated a batch of handmade friendship bracelets to a medical organization that gives them to patients. Another example, a music teacher organizes her schedule around her clients because she knows what days and times will be helpful to busy parents picking up and dropping off their children for music lessons.

Thank you for sharing. Incredibly admirable. Theme: Jewish people cultivate their community and support their tribe 1. Love your neighbor as you love yourself. 2. Jewish people are happy for the people around them when they succeed 3. Jewish people who do well will be able to give back to their community/Synagogue etc 4. Jewish people can trust other Jewish people in their community (support system/conflict resolution mechanisms) 5. Build existing goodwill in the Jewish community How? 1. Buy local/work with your own kind 2. Give your community/family/friends financial support when they need it. 3. Be happy for the people around you when they succeed 4. Ask the people in your community for support/don't be too proud to ask for help 5. Give back to your community 6. Encourage others to give to charity

I agree with you. It's so different to the western culture of self gain ,even in the churches. Hence we have hundreds of "Christian" churches "because they all have great ideas and they want their church to be glorified for the work they do. Until we use the Jewish approach and apply their value system, there will always be the dysfunctional framework we have and a lack. That's just my 2cents

SIMPLE TRUTH 1: Lovers help each other undress before sex. After sex, they always dress on their own. Moral of the story: In life, no one helps you once you’re screwed. SIMPLE TRUTH 2: When a woman is pregnant, all her friends touch her stomach and say, “Congratulations.” But none go up to the man, touch his penis and say, “Good Job.” Moral of the story: Hard work is rarely appreciated. FIVE RULES TO REMEMBER IN LIFE: 1. Money can’t buy happiness, but it’s far more comfortable to cry in a Porsche than on a bicycle. 2. Forgive your enemy, but remember the a-hole’s name. 3. If you help someone when they’re in trouble, they will remember you when they’re in trouble again 4. Alcohol does not solve any problems, but then, neither does milk. 5. Many people are alive only because it's illegal to shoot them.
