The great Jimmy Page was such a huge influence on my playing. I put down a track in the style of Jimmy Page Blues and then talk about what his style meant to me as a guitar player. Oh and hang out until the end for a funny story about our first tour and a stop in Louisiana on the bus where we were mistaken for someone else in a big way!

Love listening to you play. Love me some XYZ. I still listen to you. The first song I had to learn from you guys was Souvenirs. Then I had to learn Inside Out of course. You should do a lesson on Follow the Night. That is a kick ass song. Glad to see you back and thanks for posting.

BTW I just wanted to say hi and am glad you are participating in KZbin and other venues. I always enjoyed playing with you in ABQ - This is Thom Little btw. My KZbin handle (Muddy Trickle) is one that Darin P-Tail Goldston himself came up with. We had talked about hiking down the Pecos River and how it was now just a muddy trickle. I decided that was a good name. Peace and I hope to see you in a future visit to the Enchanted State.

It all starts with the blues... you learn one chord and one note and you work them... learn vibrato and dynamics, learn to make sloppy sound cool and then you learn scales and branch out to country, bluegrass, rock, funk, jazz or any conglomeration of the bunch, but it all starts with the blues.
