I heard him in high school at his peak, and rode with him til his death. I wish I got to see him in concert and maybe meet him. His music’s helped me a lot. Even if people only see it as sad depressing music now, when I was listening to it he was just speaking facts ya know? It was like everything I was feeling was being played to me out loud for the first time in my life. It’s really sad to see him go. I listened to his music so much I was in the top .5% of his listeners on Spotify for like 3 years in a row 🤣 I have no clue how, but I just kinda slowly started liking damn near all of his songs. Not all by choice, after his death it’s not like there was much that was new to listen too, but now I just have slowly skipped em as they come up 😕 and it’s not because I don’t like them, I know damn near every word to all of his songs, but I’ve just heard em so much that I can’t keep listening to the same shit over and over. Knowing his catalogue got sold for money, his label failed him, his name is tarnished to the public, and he’s seen as a sad depressed drug addict who OD’D to most of the public is heartbreaking as fuck as a fan man. 💔 Dude was truly one of the best up and coming rappers and lyricists of our generation without even really trying. Guys career lasted maybe 3-4 years and he was gone. Still thinking on that alone makes me tear up if I’m being real and I never even met the dude 🤣. Just kinda goes to show you how far his music reached to so many people. Young, older, hell my math teacher was singing Fine China in class back when I was in high school 🤣. But It’s just a sad case. He was maybe 2-3 years older then me and died at 21. I’m 20 now almost 21, really makes ya appreciate the years you’ve had. Never know when it can all be taken from you. Rest easy Juice 🧃🌎
